Committee Sign-Ups Are Now Open!

One of the things that makes The Club such a wonderful place to live is the dedication of our resident volunteers. Our committees play an important role in shaping our community, and we invite you to consider becoming part of the team!

Committee sign-up sheets are now posted in the lobby. If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved, this is the perfect opportunity. Committee appointments will be made in August, with terms running from September 2026 through September 2027.

To help you find the best fit, a Committee Notebook containing committee descriptions and charters is available in the lobby for your review. You’ll find a variety of opportunities to match your interests and talents, including:

  • Activities – Plans and hosts several community events throughout the year.
  • Age/Membership – Performs audits of age verification files.
  • Architectural – Reviews and makes decisions on architectural applications.
  • Community Welcome – Welcomes and orients new residents to The Club.
  • Facilities – Reviews maintenance needs and occasionally lends a helping hand on community projects.
  • Finance – Reviews monthly financial reports and makes budget recommendations.
  • Flyer Distribution – Enjoy a monthly walk while delivering community newsletters.
  • Landscape – Participates in monthly landscape walks and offers ideas to enhance the beauty of our community.
  • Library – Maintains the library and selects new materials within the committee’s budget.
  • Newsletter – Helps prepare and suggest content for the monthly newsletter.
  • RV Parking – Monitors the condition of the RV lot and audits its usage.
  • Social – Plans and hosts a variety of social activities and events throughout the year.

Whether you have a few hours each month or simply want to make a positive impact, there’s a place for you. We encourage you to get involved and help continue the tradition of making The Club a welcoming, vibrant, and enjoyable community for everyone.
